Return Policy

PRODUCT RETURNS

Prior to returning any merchandise (defective or otherwise), customers must contact their customer service representative at Esha Corporation to obtain a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Return Authorization Numbers are valid for 14 days from date of issue.

All non-defective returns must be in resalable condition and in the original packaging. Esha Corporation will not accept or process any return that has missing parts or physical damage to product and packaging. All returns must be in resalable condition. Returns are offered for the original purchaser only. Please do not mark, write address or Return Authorization Number on the outside of the original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will apply for all non-defective returns for OEM products and a 30% restocking fee on Replacement toner cartridges. Please be advised that projector lamps and printers are non refundable. Non-defective returns are only accepted within 30 days of the original invoice date. All returns are subject to inspection by Esha Corporation, and credit will be issued after the product has been received and inspected. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping, handling and insurance on all non-defective returns, unless the error was due to Esha Corporation.

If the product returned is determined to be a non-Esha purchase, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any expenses incurred from the returned product.

DEFECTIVE RETURNS

All defective returns must be pre-authorized by Esha Corporation and have a Return Authorization Number. Returns without an RMA number will be refused. Contact your sales representative to request an RMA number. Esha Corporation will credit or exchange the defective product after receipt and inspection of the merchandise. Esha will pay the cost of shipping to send a replacement product.

Esha Corporation may, under certain circumstances, agree to send out a replacement unit(s) to a customer before the defective or incorrect product shipped is returned back to us by the customer. Customer must return the product(s) back to Esha Corporation in original packaging within 10 days after replacement products are delivered. If customer fails to do so, the customer will be charged for purchase price of replacement items sent out by Esha Corporation.
